Arrive a few minutes early, tell us your goals and any areas to focus on or avoid, and we'll match you with the right therapist and pressure. You undress only to your comfort and are always professionally draped.

Swedish uses long, flowing strokes for whole-body relaxation. Deep tissue uses slower, more focused pressure for stubborn tension and knots. Not sure which you want? Tell your therapist your goal and they'll adjust.

Just say so — during the session is perfect. Your comfort guides the work, and adjusting pressure is completely normal.

Yes. Our private couples room seats two therapists side by side, and you can add tea service with the Couples Retreat package.

Our prenatal massage is performed by a certified therapist using safe, side-lying positioning, and is generally suited to months 4 through 9. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any concerns, please check with your doctor first.

Cupping uses gentle suction to ease muscle tension and support circulation. It can leave temporary circular marks that usually fade within a few days.

Reflexology applies pressure to specific points on the feet for a deeply relaxing experience. It's done in our recliner lounge, fully clothed from the ankle up.

Our Signature Facial suits most skin, the Deep-Cleansing Facial targets congestion and oil, and the Anti-Aging Facial focuses on firming. Our esthetician will tailor any of them to your skin on the day.
